Discover the Lighter Lenovo ThinkPad X13: Enhanced Portability Meets Powerful Performance!

At this year’s Mobile World Congress, Lenovo is showcasing some exciting laptops, including flippy screens and solar-powered models. But they’re also rolling out updates to popular notebooks that you can buy soon. New releases include the sleek ThinkPad X13, the first convertible T-Series laptop, the ThinkPad T14s, and an updated ThinkBook 16p workstation.

Let’s start with the ThinkPad X13 Gen 6. This ultraportable laptop is now lighter than ever, weighing just 2.05 pounds. For context, the lightest Apple MacBook Air tips the scales at 2.7 pounds. Despite being super light, it packs a punch with performance options.

It offers both AMD and Intel processor choices, including the AMD Ryzen AI Pro 300 series and Intel’s Core Ultra 7. Users can choose up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 2TB SSD storage, plus a replaceable battery option featuring either 41Wh or 54.7Wh.

The ThinkPad X13 Gen 6 will hit North American stores in June 2025 with a starting price of $1,139.

Next up is the ThinkPad T14s, which is getting a 2-in-1 makeover. It features a 14-inch WUXGA touchscreen that can reach up to 500 nits of brightness. This model can also be configured with a top-of-the-line Intel Core Ultra 7, 64GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage.

It supports Wi-Fi 7 and has an option for 5G connectivity. The battery is replaceable at 58Wh, and you’ll find various ports, including two Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, HDMI 2.1, Ethernet, and more.

The ThinkPad T14s 2-in-1 is also set to arrive in North America in June 2025, starting at $1,719. The standard notebook version will launch at $1,674.

Additionally, Lenovo is introducing the ThinkBook 16p Gen 6, a powerful desktop replacement that won’t be available in North America. This laptop boasts a high system TDP of 180W, which can boost to 200W in “Geek Mode.” It’s designed for high-performance tasks with options for Intel Core Ultra 9 processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 GPU.

In May, Lenovo will launch the ThinkPad T14 Gen 6 and T16 Gen 4 in North America, priced at $1,359 and $1,623, respectively. Also coming soon are the budget-friendly ThinkPad E14 Gen 7 and E16 Gen 3 for $849 and $859, along with the ThinkBook 14 2-in-1 Gen 5 at $1,374.
