This patent is called “Device to capture high resolution images of the undercarriage of a freight car“, and it enhances how railcar inspections are performed.
In just 2024, Duos Technologies scanned nearly 10 million railcar images. Their obliquevue® system adds important views to the Railcar Inspection Portal (RIP®), which is already a standard in the industry for live railcar analysis.
