TORONTO, Jan. 17, 2025 /CNW/ – Corus Entertainment Inc. (TSX: CJR.B) recently shared the results from its Annual General Meeting held online on January 16, 2025.
At the meeting, a significant portion of shareholders participated. Specifically, 3,274,360 Class A shares, which is about 97.29% of the total, were voted. Key decisions included electing directors, appointing auditors, and modifying a by-law concerning the Chief Executive Officer’s role on the Board.
