Exciting Leak: Foldable iPhone Specifications Revealed with Under-Screen Camera Technology!

Apple is gearing up to introduce its long-awaited foldable iPhone, often dubbed the "iPhone Fold." This device features two screens – one on the outside and one on the inside, resembling a book when opened.

Recent leaks from a Chinese source known as Digital Chat Station reveal some exciting details about the device’s displays. The inner screen is expected to measure about 7.76 inches and will boast a resolution of 2,713 x 1,920 pixels. It will supposedly include under-screen camera technology, a first for Apple. The outer display, which will be smaller at 5.49 inches, is anticipated to have a resolution of 2,088 x 1,422 pixels and might feature a punch-hole camera.

Notably, expert analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has confirmed these dimensions, describing the inner display as “crease-free.” Although there hasn’t been much information about the under-screen camera until now, the rumors are gaining traction. Some believe that this technology aims to create a seamless look and feel for the phone.

Interestingly, there’s chatter that Apple might also be developing a foldable iPad. Digital Chat Station hinted that this iPad could feature under-display Face ID technology, suggesting a uniform design approach between these two devices.

Kuo has also speculated about the rear camera. He indicated that the foldable iPhone could integrate dual lenses and may skip Face ID altogether, opting instead for a side-mounted Touch ID to conserve internal space.

As for the release, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reports that we can expect this foldable iPhone to hit the market next year, likely priced around $2,000. According to analyst Jeff Pu, the device has entered the New Product Introduction phase at Foxconn, with mass production set to ramp up in the latter half of 2026.
