Food Cart Pod Launches Nearby

A new food cart pod has opened near Cornell Road and Bethany Boulevard, creating a buzz among local food lovers. Nestled in a parking lot behind the Xplore indoor play center, this spot offers a variety of delicious options.
If you’re a fan of diverse cuisines, this is the place for you! You can find everything from American favorites to international specialties. Nick, the manager, shares that they currently have 14 carts operating, with room for three more.

Many of these carts open from late morning until evening, making them perfect for both lunch and dinner. While most have their own online ordering services, you’ll need to visit to find specific details, as there’s no central site yet.
Nick mentions that the area is bustling due to nearby offices and residences. Adequate parking is available, and inside the cart pod, you can find plenty of tables and benches. Plus, if you prefer an indoor setting, the Xplore center has seating from 10 am to 8 pm.
Looking ahead, there are plans for an indoor bar featuring 30 taps and an outdoor beer cart, which should elevate the experience even further.
This project began in 2024, and after much anticipation, it officially opened in February 2026. According to a recent survey by Food & Wine Magazine, food carts are gaining popularity, with 60% of respondents enjoying them for their convenience and affordability.
