Exciting New Talent Joins Our Lady of the Lake Health: Meet the Latest Hires from Kean Miller and Fishman Haygood!

Baton Rouge

Erin Walker has been named the vice president of planning and performance at Our Lady of the Lake Health. With over 20 years in health care, she brings a wealth of experience in operations and strategic planning. Before this role, she served as the vice president of operations at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital.

Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

Bill Sanders and Chris Flood have also joined Lee & Associates. Sanders takes on the role of partner and principal, contributing 15 years of experience working as an office broker with more than 500 clients across multiple cities, including Baton Rouge and Shreveport.

Flood will work as a senior associate, focusing on office tenant representation and solutions for corporate occupiers.

New Orleans

Molly K. Vigour has come on board at Kean Miller as special counsel. With nearly two decades as in-house counsel, Vigour has expertise in various areas such as labor law, business licensing, and lease disputes. Her legal practice covers business, hospitality law, real estate, compliance, and entertainment.

She graduated with honors in history from Mount Holyoke College and earned her law degree cum laude from Tulane University Law School, where she clerked for U.S. District Judge Donald E. Walter in Shreveport.

Kimberly Ramagos has been appointed chief financial officer at the Louisiana Bar Foundation. She brings over 15 years of experience in financial and HR management in diverse sectors, including nonprofits and real estate.

Ramagos earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of New Orleans.

Ryan D. McNamara has joined Fishman Haygood as special counsel in the business section. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity among other areas.

McNamara earned a law degree magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School and served on the Tulane Law Review.
