Travel Leaders Network has welcomed Eva Damato as the new Senior Director for Luxury Lifestyle Marketing. Her job will focus on growing the Luxury Leaders Alliance, which is a prestigious community for leading luxury travel advisors. She will also be a key resource for luxury suppliers and members, providing insights on new trends and challenges in the luxury travel market.
Before joining Travel Leaders, Eva worked at Seabourn Cruise Line as Senior Manager of National & Strategic Accounts. There, she frequently collaborated with the Luxury Leaders Alliance and supported its members. Her previous experience includes roles at Discover the Palm Beaches and The Breakers Palm Beach, a well-known luxury hotel.

The Luxury Leaders Alliance started in 2021 and now has over 500 members who generate almost $1 billion in luxury sales. Membership is exclusive and requires an invitation along with approval from Travel Leaders. Advisors need to reach at least $1 million in annual luxury sales to be eligible.
This year, the Alliance hosted its first International Luxury Forum in Croatia. They also hold unique events like the Luxury Forum at the EDGE Conference, virtual meet-ups, and discussions with luxury suppliers. Members can participate in important luxury trade events such as ILTM, DUCO, and Pure.
