Exciting Spring 2026 Golf Schedule Unveiled for Lion Women’s Team at East Texas A&M University!

Exciting News for East Texas A&M Women’s Golf Team

The East Texas A&M University women’s golf team has unveiled its Spring 2026 schedule, and they are gearing up for a thrilling season! The Lions will compete in four regular-season tournaments before heading to the Southland Conference Championships. This year is special as the team is now eligible for NCAA Regional and National Championships.

Last fall, the Lions showcased their talent with two top 10 finishes as a team and an impressive individual top five. They’re coming off two consecutive second-place finishes at the Southland Championships, showing great promise as they prepare for the upcoming season.

The spring kicks off with the Texas State Invitational on February 2-3 in New Braunfels, followed closely by the Islanders Collegiate Invitational in Corpus Christi on February 16-17. In March, they will compete in the Riverbend Intercollegiate on March 9-10 in Sugar Land and the ULM Invitational on March 30-31 in Monroe, Louisiana.

The Southland Conference Championships will take place at the Kissing Tree Golf Club in San Marcos. Following that, the NCAA Regionals happen from May 11-13, followed by the Division I National Championships in beautiful Carlsbad, California, on May 22-27.

Spring 2026 Tournament Schedule:

  • Feb. 2-3: Texas State Invitational, San Marcos, Landa Park GC
  • Feb. 16-17: Islanders Collegiate Invitational, Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi CC
  • March 9-10: Riverbend Intercollegiate, Sugar Land, Riverbend CC
  • March 30-31: ULM Invitational, Monroe, La., Bayou Desiard CC
  • April 13-15: SLC Championships, San Marcos, Kissing Tree GC
  • May 11-13: NCAA Regionals, Location TBA
  • May 22-27: NCAA National Championships, Carlsbad, Cal., Omni La Costa Resort & Spa

The team’s journey this spring will be one to watch, especially as they chase their NCAA aspirations. With each tournament, they will gain valuable experience and push toward greater achievements. It’s an exciting time for East Texas A&M women’s golf, and fans are eagerly anticipating their performance!
