SHANGHAI, CHINA – On February 10, 2025, Artyzen Hospitality Group (AHG) announced an exciting new partnership with Xi’an Yang’s Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. This marks the opening of its first luxury lifestyle hotel, Artyzen Xi’an, in the historic city of Xi’an, China.
Artyzen Xi’an is set to welcome guests in the first quarter of 2028. The hotel will feature about 280 guest rooms designed with elegance and modern flair. It will be situated in the bustling central business district of the Xi’an Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, close to the renowned Xi’an Grand Theatre.
The theatre, created by Wang Shu, China’s first Pritzker Prize-winning architect, offers a unique audio-visual experience through its advanced sound system. Artyzen Xi’an aims to collaborate with local cultural institutions to enhance the area’s rich history as the starting point of the Overland Silk Road while also showcasing its innovative spirit.
Rogier Verhoeven, Executive Director of AHG, expressed that Xi’an is the ideal location for their first hotel in China due to its historical significance and modern advancements. He believes this project will become a landmark for cultural tourism in the city.
Yang Zengtian, Chairman of Xi’an Yang’s Real Estate, added that this partnership will help highlight Xi’an’s rich culture and technological innovations, benefiting both tourism and the local community.
