Golden State Foods (GSF) has welcomed two new leaders to its executive team. Everton Harris is now the corporate senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Meanwhile, Campbell Cooper has taken on the role of corporate senior vice president and chief customer and strategy officer.

Harris joined GSF last month as a strategic business partner. His role involves advising the CEO, senior executives, and the board of directors. He aims to shape a future-oriented HR function, emphasizing how important talent is for the company’s success. Harris brings 35 years of experience in HR, having previously held leadership roles at Herbalife Nutrition and Hitachi Data Systems.
As for Cooper, he’s stepping into a newly created leadership position. He will be responsible for strategic planning and commercial sales, specifically overseeing GSF’s Global McDonald’s Business Unit and National Accounts Sales. Before this, he was the corporate vice president and president of GSF’s International Business Group, managing food manufacturing and distribution in the Asia Pacific and Middle East/Africa. Cooper has been with GSF since 2018, having also worked with notable companies like Royal Cosun, Fronterra, Nestlé Purina Europe, and Zespri International.
