Lindenwood Men’s Hockey Season Opener: A Tough Loss to Wisconsin
Last night, the Lindenwood men’s hockey team faced a challenging start to their season against the No. 20 Wisconsin Badgers, suffering a 3-0 defeat at the Centene Community Ice Center.
The game began on a confusing note for the Lions. They started a player short due to a minor penalty earned during warm-ups. Just 37 seconds in, Wisconsin faced a penalty, giving Lindenwood a brief power play opportunity. However, they couldn’t capitalize on it and failed to convert any of their shots.
