New Delhi has kicked off a program to acquire 159 bulletproof troop carriers for the Indian Army’s Rashtriya Rifles, aimed at enhancing security in Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh. This region has been crucial for India’s defense, sitting close to borders with China and Pakistan.
