Intense Standoff: Tarleton State Soccer Battles Alcorn State to a Hard-Fought Draw

In a tense match on Thursday evening, the Texans faced off against Alcorn State, finishing in a 1-1 draw. The game’s excitement built steadily, particularly in the second half.

Goalkeeper Emma Barnes made two impressive saves early on, keeping the game scoreless in the first half. Yet, Alcorn State managed to break through just two minutes into the second half. Ainara Aldeano scored from a throw-in, giving the Lady Braves a 1-0 lead.
