The transition kicked off with a digital campaign called #BeyondDimensions. This three-phase campaign—teaser, engagement, and launch—emphasized a new approach to home design. It’s not just about roofs over heads; it’s about crafting spaces that foster emotional connections.

As part of this transformation, House of Swamiraj is rolling out three major residential projects. Two are located off Pokhran Road No. 1, Thane (West): one is an affordable 2BHK community, while the other features a mix of 1BHK and 2BHK options, totaling a ₹160 crore investment.
