The Insurance Ombudsman received the best variety of complaints towards insurance firms in Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh. The Insurance Ombudsman determined 6,235 complaints out of a complete of 34 thousand health insurance complaints in favor of the coverage holder.
