Brunson lit up the scoreboard, scoring 31 points, with 16 of those coming in the crucial moments of the fourth quarter and overtime. His ability to shine in pressure situations earned him the nickname “Captain Clutch.”

He wasn’t alone in his efforts. OG Anunoby added 23 points, putting in a solid performance, while Josh Hart made a crucial lay-up and crucial steal after recovering from a hard fall. Miles McBride stepped up as well, playing a key role on both ends of the court.
