Join the Exciting Impact Camp at Shorter University: A Unique Partnership with the Georgia Baptist Mission Board!

Shorter University recently hosted Impact Camp, an engaging summer discipleship program by the Georgia Baptist Mission Board. This event turned the campus into a vibrant space filled with joy, spiritual growth, and meaningful interactions.

Impact Camp aims to spark transformative conversations among students. The keynote speaker was Jason Britt, a Shorter alum and lead pastor at Bethlehem Church in Winder, Georgia. Known as one of the fastest-growing churches in the U.S., Britt’s insights on discipleship and renewal inspired many campers and leaders alike.

Throughout the week, AWKN Worship, based in Carrollton, Georgia, led the music. Their heartfelt, Christ-centered songs created a reflective atmosphere that enriched the campers’ experience.

Despite students being away for the summer, Impact Camp brought fresh energy to Shorter University, underscoring its commitment to fostering a Christ-centered environment all year round.

Support for this camp stems from generous contributions by Georgia Baptists through the Cooperative Program, enabling impactful experiences at affordable rates.
