Join Us for Southern Miss Spring Commencement: Celebrate Graduation Ceremonies from May 8-10!

Spring 2025 is an exciting time for the University of Southern Mississippi as it celebrates its commencement exercises from May 8 to 10. Ceremonies will take place in Hattiesburg and Biloxi. Notably, there are 2,025 degree candidates this semester, a fun nod to their graduation year.

Here’s a quick look at the schedule:

Thursday, May 8 | 5 p.m. | Bernard Reed Green Coliseum

For all doctoral, specialist, and master’s degree candidates from the Hattiesburg campus.

Friday, May 9 | 9 a.m. | Bernard Reed Green Coliseum

Undergraduate candidates from the College of Arts & Sciences and the College of Nursing & Health Professions.

Friday, May 9 | 2 p.m. | Bernard Reed Green Coliseum

Undergraduate candidates from the College of Business & Economic Development and the College of Education & Human Sciences.

Saturday, May 10 | 3 p.m. | Mississippi Coast Coliseum

All doctoral, specialist, master’s, and undergraduate candidates from the Gulf Park campus.
