Union, N.J. (11/13/25) – The Kean University women’s volleyball team secured a decisive victory over William Paterson University, winning 3-0 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) championship semifinals.

The Cougars (28-5) started slowly, falling behind 6-2 in the first set. However, Cayley Elena Morrison sparked a turnaround with back-to-back kills, tying the score at six. The Pioneers (19-12) briefly regained the lead, but Kean rallied with a six-point run, bolstered by three aces from Madeline Dohogne. They finished the first set strong, scoring 7 out of the last 8 points.
