Kylie Kelce is growing beyond the label of “football wife.” Her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” launched in December and quickly climbed the charts, showcasing her insights and conversations.
The 32-year-old often touches on her journey with her husband, Jason Kelce, the center for the Philadelphia Eagles. In a recent chat on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy,” Kylie opened up about her early hesitation to reveal their relationship.
The couple first met on Tinder back in 2014 while Kylie was still in college. They tied the knot in April 2018 and now share three children, with a fourth daughter on the way later this year.
While Kylie’s love life is now well-known, it wasn’t always the case. She admitted to Alex Cooper that she kept her relationship under wraps for quite some time, telling only a couple of close friends about dating a high-profile athlete.
However, her college field hockey teammates started to notice something was up. They began to speculate about her mystery boyfriend, with Kylie attempting to downplay it by saying things like, “He lives in the city” and “he has a job that’s kind of public.” Eventually, she gave in and shared, “Oh, he plays for the Eagles.”
It’s funny how things worked out. One of her teammates had mentioned knowing a girl who met an Eagle on Tinder but joked that it couldn’t be the same guy because “this guy was hideous.” Ironically, that “hideous” guy was Jason Kelce, who recently made it onto People’s list of “Sexiest Man Alive” in 2023. While that other girl didn’t have luck with him, Kylie certainly did!
