The Marquette University track and field team had a standout performance at the 2026 BIG EAST Indoor Championships. They clinched five podium finishes in events like sprints, jumps, and throws.
Danny Olsen led the charge, achieving a remarkable sprint double. He won the men’s 200 meters with a personal best of 21.25 seconds, breaking his own school record from the prelims. He also took second in the 400 meters, setting a new school record at 47.14 seconds.
Henrik Rosario finished third in the men’s long jump with a leap of 6.96 meters, while Russell Czerwinski cleared 2.01 meters in the high jump to also finish third, marking a personal best for him.
On the women’s side, Kaitlyn Huebner excelled in the pole vault, clearing 3.65 meters to secure third place and earn a spot on Marquette’s all-time list. Megan White rounded out the podium finishes with a third-place finish in the women’s weight throw, recording a distance of 16.73 meters.
