ZIONSVILLE, Ind. – The Ohio Men’s Golf team is gearing up for the 2026 MAC Men’s Golf Championships at The Club at Holliday Farms, hosted by Central Michigan University. The tournament kicks off on Sunday, May 2, and wraps up on Monday, May 4. Ohio will face off against eight other MAC teams over three days.
The Holliday Farms course stretches 7,349 yards and offers a par-72 layout, with a challenging slope of 141 and a rating of 76.8. Ohio has had a solid spring, competing against top-ranked teams and notable individual players.
Meet the Bobcats:
Nathaniel Gray Lamont (Guelph, Ontario): As a senior, he’s had a standout season, including two top-20 finishes and a notable T-4 at the Bentwater Intercollegiate.
Will Kates (Centennial, Colorado): Also a senior, he made a mark this season, with a T-14 finish at the Golden Grizzlies Intercollegiate and several top-20 finishes.
Carson Trafford (Dublin, Ohio): Trafford returns after strong performances, including two top-15 finishes at the Carolina Cup and Purdue Fall Invitational.
Rylan Hall (Stratford, Ontario): Making his championship debut, Hall has shown promise with a T-18 finish at the Golfweek/Stifel spring challenge.
Jack O’Donnell (Powell, Ohio): Wrapped up his senior season appearing in eight tournaments, achieving two top-20 finishes.
Jack Flores: Another freshman debuting at the MAC Championships, he showed potential with a T-48 finish at the Muirfield Shootout.
