Pushpa 2: The Rulestarring Allu Arjun has been on a file-breaking spree on the box office. However, the film witnessed a big 65% drop in box office numbers on its fifth Monday, incomes an estimated Rs 2.5 crore, as per early knowledge from Sacnilk.com.
Despite the dip, the film continues to shatter information. It has had an outstanding box office run, grossing Rs 725.8 crore in its opening week and including Rs 264.8 crore in its second week. Collections slowed within the third and fourth weeks, bringing in Rs 129.5 crore and Rs 69.65 crore, respectively.
The fifth week started on a subdued word, with earnings of Rs 3.75 crore on Friday, Rs 5.5 crore on Saturday, and Rs 7.2 crore on Sunday. Monday’s collection of Rs 2.5 crore brings the fifth-week whole to an estimated Rs 18.95 crore to date.
The film’s cumulative internet box office collection in India now stands at roughly Rs 1208.7 crore. Among its achievements, the Hindi-dubbed model has crossed the unprecedented Rs 800 crore mark, making it the primary Hindi launch to attain such a milestone.
