Farmers are facing tough times, but new technology offers hope.

Tracey Wiedmeyer is the CEO and co-founder of Gripp, a platform that helps farmers organize their data and improve communication.

“Gripp was created because agriculture often lacks proper maintenance solutions,” he explains. “We bring in people with tech skills to help identify and solve problems on the farm.”

Wiedmeyer believes technology is key for the future of farming.

“With market pressures and competition from countries like Brazil and Argentina, farmers are reconsidering traditional methods,” he says. “Our goal is to simplify processes through technology, making it easier instead of adding more tasks.”

Recently, Gripp won first place and $100,000 in the American Farm Bureau Federation’s Ag Innovation Challenge in San Antonio.
