Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is currently hospitalized with a broken vertebra following a car accident in New Hampshire. His spokesperson, Michael Ragusa, provided details about the incident, stating Giuliani was struck from behind while traveling on a highway.

Emergency responders rushed Giuliani to a trauma center, where doctors diagnosed him with a fractured thoracic vertebra, several lacerations, and injuries to his left arm and leg.
