Indian cricketer Shreyas Iyer has rented a residential unit in Artesia, Worli, Mumbai, under a three-year lease with a cumulative rental value of Rs 7.14 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The transaction was registered in June 2026. The leased unit measures 360 square metres, or approximately 3,875 square feet, and includes four car parking spaces.
The agreement sets the monthly rent at Rs 18.50 lakh for the first year, Rs 19.79 lakh for the second year and Rs 21.18 lakh for the third year. The annual increases are approximately 7%, taking the total rent across the 36-month lease to Rs 7.14 crore.
Registration records also show stamp duty of Rs 1.84 lakh, registration charges of Rs 1,000 and a security deposit of Rs 74 lakh.
Square Yards said its analysis is based on publicly available records from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration. The company said it has no affiliation with the parties involved in the transaction.
