Four young people lost their lives when a car barreled into an after-school center in Chatham, Illinois. The incident occurred around 3:20 p.m. at the Y.N.O.T. After School Camp, which supports children and teenagers. The Illinois State Police reported that the victims were all 18 years or younger.
