Jamie Baker, a proponent, shared her experience on The Roggin Report. She said, “That’s what I do, that’s what I’ve been doing, and that’s what I’ll continue to do. I’m healthy, I’m happy, I’m fit.”
However, not everyone agrees. Some experts warn against strictly following any one diet. Doug Baker expressed concerns, saying such diets can sometimes be harmful. “It’s another push for a specialized diet that seems beneficial, but if you look closely, it can also cause issues,” he noted. “Why not just focus on moderation and balance?”
Fred Roggin echoed these thoughts, mentioning how nutrition research can often contradict itself. “One year, chocolate is terrible for you. The next, it’s wonderful. The same goes for red wine,” he remarked, highlighting the confusion many people feel about diet choices.
As trends in eating constantly shift, the debate continues. Some believe the carnivore diet works wonders, while others trust that a balanced approach is the safest way to go. Nutrition is a complex subject, and what works for one may not work for another, making it essential to find the right dietary path for you.
