Unlock the Excitement: New Multiplayer Gameplay Revealed in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Showcase!

With the release of *Call of Duty: Black Ops 7* approaching on November 14, excitement is building. Activision just held a showcase filled with new gameplay, focusing on multiplayer features and the upcoming beta.

The open beta runs from October 5 to 8, with early access starting on October 2 at 6 PM UK time (10 AM PDT). Players can explore six multiplayer maps, including an offshore oil rig and urban Tokyo locations. Zombies fans can also get their hands on the Vandorn Farm survival map, which is available during the beta.

In total, *Black Ops 7* will launch with 18 maps—16 for classic multiplayer and two for the new 20v20 Skirmish mode. Notable maps include Colossus, reminiscent of *Black Ops 2*, and Den, which features advanced technology in a Japanese castle. Players can expect a new map, Nuketown 2025, shortly after launch.

When it comes to weapons, players will have 16 new options at launch. One standout is the M10 Breacher, a pump-action shotgun designed for mid-range accuracy. Activision plans to release more weapons and customization options throughout the game’s seasonal updates.

The showcase also introduced a new competitive mode called Overload. In this 6v6 format, teams compete to control an overload device. Capturing it scores points, and the first team to reach eight wins the match.

Moving to Zombies mode, the Ashes of the Damned map adds a chilling twist. Inspired by the Bermuda Triangle, this map features locations with dark histories. Players will face waves of zombies, including the loot-collecting Ravagers, while using their trusty vehicle, Tessie, to navigate dangerous terrain.

Excitingly, the showcase revealed aspects of Warzone’s new map, Haven’s Hollow. This Appalachian town, a prequel to Liberty Falls, includes diverse locations such as a mansion and a coal depot. Haven’s Hollow will be available with the game’s first season.
