Unlock the Secret to Sultry Selfies: Martha Stewart’s Expert Tips Revealed!

Martha Stewart has really become the queen of the “thirst trap,” and she’s here to share some tips. Recently, she spoke to PEOPLE about her latest Knorr campaign, and offered some great advice for snapping that perfect selfie.

“First off, only take selfies when you feel good about yourself,” Martha says. “If you look good or have great makeup on, that’s the time!” Lighting also plays a big role. “Natural light can be very flattering. Use it to your advantage when taking photos. And remember to take several shots.”

She adds, “Don’t hesitate to delete the ones you don’t like. No one has to see those!”

Martha’s social media has featured some memorable moments, like her stylish poolside photos from a few years back and her recent glam shots. In this new Knorr campaign, she showcases fun lookalikes mimicking popular fast food items.

Interestingly, her influence has reached comedy as well. She mentioned that Jimmy Fallon told her she’s been impersonated by a surprising number of comedians, including nine on Saturday Night Live. Comedic impressions are a fun way to pay homage to her style, with well-known figures like Kristen Wiig and Kate McKinnon taking on her persona.

“I think it’s hilarious!” she said, adding that David Spade is her favorite impersonator. She also gave a nod to Ana Gasteyer, who continues to perform impressions of her, even on shows like the one hosted by Drew Barrymore.

Martha’s playful confidence alongside her keen sense of style not only makes her a role model for many but also keeps her in the spotlight, showcasing that staying relevant is all about embracing change while remaining true to oneself.
