BPR Hub is using AI to reduce certification time by 40%, helping manufacturers keep up with increasing regulatory demands.

Every day, manufacturers face a growing maze of rules and standards from clients and regulators. Smaller manufacturers often find it hard to stay compliant while also running their business. If they slip up, they risk heavy fines or losing important contracts that can stifle their growth. To tackle this challenge, BPR Hub, based in San Francisco and Bangalore, has secured $2.6 million in seed funding. This investment is aimed at helping manufacturers streamline their compliance processes.

The funding round was led by Accel and Kae Capital, along with notable investors from the manufacturing sector, driving BPR Hub’s goal to make compliance easier for manufacturers worldwide, particularly in North America.

BPR Hub aims to reduce chaos in the manufacturing process. Many teams still depend on spreadsheets, making it hard to coordinate and comply with multiple standards. BPR Hub changes this by integrating Quality, Compliance, and Governance (QCG) into one platform, automating up to 80% of compliance tasks. With real-time updates and AI-driven document reviews, companies can speed up their certification from months to weeks.

The platform not only simplifies compliance but also supports manufacturers with hands-on help. Instead of just offering a software tool, the BPR Hub team works closely with clients to ensure they maximize its potential while staying focused on their core operations.

Teja Edara, Co-founder & CEO, stated, “We want to give manufacturers of all sizes access to top-notch compliance tools. By automating complex processes and offering dedicated support, we enable them to concentrate on their growth while staying compliant.” He believes this funding will help BPR Hub become the leading compliance solution in the market.

Beyond compliance, BPR Hub also integrates various vital operations such as quality checks, production control, and inventory management into a single easy-to-use platform. This allows everyone from factory workers to executives to keep track of compliance needs without losing sight of business growth.

The company was founded by experts with deep knowledge in manufacturing and compliance. Teja Edara (CEO) has a rich background in IT compliance, while his co-founders, Milanjeet Singh (COO) and Vinodh Peddi (CTO), together bring two decades of experience in the field. They recognized the struggles manufacturers face with compliance, inspiring the creation of BPR Hub as a transformative solution.

Customers are already seeing significant improvements, including a 40% faster certification process. BPR Hub is partnering with leaders in industries like packaging and aerospace, gaining traction in global markets. According to Devika Mathur, Director Commercial at Naq Global, “BPR Hub could change how we manage compliance and data security in our operations.” Their method of mapping compliance has made audits much smoother.

Anthony Manella, CEO of ISO Certification Consultants, highlighted the upcoming mobile version of BPR Hub, envisioning it as a major shift in simplifying compliance training for all employees.

The timing is crucial. As regulations grow more complex in sectors such as aerospace, medical devices, and food manufacturing, companies need better ways to navigate compliance without breaking the bank. Traditional solutions are often too costly, and losing experienced staff can create gaps in knowledge that pose a serious risk. This is especially true in tightly regulated areas where even one compliance error can lead to dire outcomes.

BPR Hub plans to use its new funding to expand globally, grow its team, and introduce new features to its platform. By focusing on Quality, Compliance, and Governance, BPR Hub strives to be the go-to compliance solution for manufacturers, allowing them to concentrate on the heart of their business: growth.

Prayank Swaroop, Partner at Accel, noted, “The manufacturing industry is rapidly evolving due to increased global demand and the rise of technology. Compliance needs to be seen not just as a necessity but as a key competitive edge. BPR Hub is at the forefront of this change.”

Abhishek Srivastava, General Partner at Kae Capital, expressed excitement about supporting BPR Hub. He believes their AI-driven approach is crucial for addressing significant challenges in compliance and governance for manufacturers.
