- A YouTuber gave an early look at the Galaxy S25 Edge.
- The now-removed video hinted at features like a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB of RAM, 256GB storage, and a 4,000mAh battery.
- The Galaxy S25 Edge was compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 to highlight its slim design.
Samsung surprised everyone by showcasing the Galaxy S25 Edge at a recent Unpacked event. However, attendees couldn’t get too close to the phone or actually touch it.

YouTuber Alexis Garza managed to give it a brief test. In a now-deleted clip, he shared some specs of the highly anticipated device (via Android Authority).
According to reports, Garza placed the Galaxy S25 Edge next to the Galaxy Z Fold 6, which is 5.6mm thick when unfolded. The S25 Edge appears slightly thicker, likely just under 6mm, making it slimmer than the Galaxy S25 series.
The specs revealed in the video, using the AIDA64 app, suggest that the Galaxy S25 Edge will have the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, along with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage.

It is also expected to support Bluetooth 5.4 and feature a 4,000mAh battery, similar to the standard Galaxy S25. The camera setup might include three 12MP cameras. While two are likely rear cameras, the third could be a selfie camera.
Even though the AIDA64 app displays certain image resolutions, it might not reflect the full capabilities of the sensors. Rumors suggest a powerful camera system, potentially featuring a 200MP main camera and a 50MP ultrawide lens.
While we can’t confirm all details from the now-gone video, we can gather some expectations for the Galaxy S25 Edge. More information is likely to be revealed as we get closer to its official launch, which is anticipated later this year.
