NEW DELHI (AP) — U.S. Vice President JD Vance is set to visit India for four days, starting Monday. This trip aims to explore economic opportunities and discuss a trade deal between the two nations.

Vance will meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi to talk about trade, the economy, and shared geopolitical interests. As tensions rise in the ongoing trade war between the U.S. and China, India stands to benefit from strengthening its ties with the U.S.
