Many organizations were involved, including the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the National Innovation Agency (NIA). This collaboration is crucial as Thailand embarks on making significant changes at both a local and global level to improve environmental conditions.

Recent statistics underscore the importance of these actions. A survey by the Global Sustainability Institute found that over 70% of people believe businesses should take stronger action on climate change. This reflects a growing awareness and urgency among the public.
