Atour Lifestyle (ATAT) Celebrates 2,000 Hotels in 2025: Discover the 24.5% Network Growth Driving Your Next Adventure!

Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: ATAT) is making waves in the hotel industry. On March 17, the company shared its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year 2025. They completed an ambitious initiative to open 2,000 Premier Hotels. By December 31, 2025, Atour had 2,015 hotels up and running—a 24.5% growth from the previous year. Not stopping there, they also have 779 more hotels in the pipeline.

While hotels are important, the retail side of Atour’s business is really taking off. In 2025, retail revenue jumped by 67%, reaching RMB 3.67 billion. Overall, their net revenues climbed by 35.1% to RMB 9.79 billion, and net income rose by 27.4% to RMB 1.62 billion. In just the fourth quarter, net income surged 44.7% year-over-year.

Despite these successes, some hotel metrics showed slight declines. Occupancy was at 75.9%, and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) fell to RMB 340. Still, the size of their network and strong retail sales helped them achieve an adjusted EBITDA of RMB 2.48 billion, up 40%.

Looking ahead, Atour has introduced a new three-year strategic plan called “Chinese Experience, Brand-Led Excellence.” The goal is to strengthen connections with customers through better services and top-notch products. As of the end of 2025, the company boasts a healthy cash position of RMB 3.3 billion and very little debt, only RMB 252 million.

The hotel industry overall has faced challenges post-pandemic, and companies like Atour are adapting by focusing on customer experience and expanding their offerings. Industry experts believe that a strong focus on user experience is crucial for sustained growth. A recent report from Statista noted that customer satisfaction levels are now more critical than ever, with over 80% of travelers valuing personalized services in their hotel experiences.

Social media trends also reflect this shift. Many travelers are sharing their hotel experiences on platforms like Instagram and Twitter, often highlighting unique services or features. This interaction not only promotes the brand but also drives potential customers to choose hotels based on peer recommendations.

Overall, Atour Lifestyle is positioned well in the market, blending hotel management with retail insights to drive future growth.
