Check out some exciting food and drink events happening next week in Santa Cruz County. I’ve highlighted a few you won’t want to miss.
This Saturday, join the fun at Farm Discovery at Live Earth in Watsonville for Galentine’s Day. From 10 a.m. to noon, you can create beautiful dried flower wreaths and make Valentine cards. This event supports a local nonprofit focused on sustainable agriculture and education. Tickets are $55 each.
On Sunday, head to Companion Bakeshop on the Westside of Santa Cruz for Valentine’s Community Day from 9 to 11 a.m. It’s a great chance for kids to decorate cookies and engage in some fun crafts at no cost. There’s no need to sign up. Cookies are $3.50 each or $18 for six.
