Currently, with a record of 16-21, the team has lost five of its last six games and sits 10th in the Western Conference.
Historically, the Grizzlies had a strong run, finishing second in the Western Conference in both the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, largely due to Morant’s contributions. Coach Jenkins’ departure and the team’s performance raise questions about the future direction of the franchise.
