While you can still launch apps, the update removed easy access to quick shortcuts like Clock and Contacts. This feels like a step backward for some users who liked the previous setup.

In fact, a study published by TechUser Insights indicated that 72% of users prioritize a simple, intuitive experience over flashy new features.
