Judge Unveils Freedom of Expression: Florida Arrest Over Rainbow Chalk Art Near Pulse Nightclub Dismissed

A judge recently dismissed an arrest case involving a man, Sebastian Suarez, who protested at a crosswalk memorial for the victims of the 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida. Suarez was arrested for leaving chalk footprints on the pavement and initially faced charges for defacing a traffic device. After the judge’s ruling, he was released from jail.
