Filippo Berio is also committed to its partnership with ADDF. This collaboration supports innovative research and preventive programs in Alzheimer’s disease. The ADDF has funded over 765 research projects globally, thanks to contributions from its donors. Filippo Berio joined this partnership in 2024 to help raise awareness about Alzheimer’s and the importance of a healthy diet for brain health.

Dr. Howard Fillit, co-founder of ADDF, highlights the significance of prevention in fighting Alzheimer’s. He notes that delaying the onset of the disease by just five years could significantly reduce its prevalence. “Healthy lifestyle changes can play a crucial role,” he added.

In 2024, Filippo Berio participated in two major ADDF fundraising events. They not only provided financial support but also promoted awareness through various media channels. They even designed special labels for their olive oil bottles to support the ADDF’s mission.
