Two individuals were hospitalized after a shooting at an unlicensed hookah lounge near Temple University’s off-campus housing. The incident took place around 3 a.m. on Monday inside a vacant restaurant that had been illegally operating.
Captain Timothy Stephan from the Philadelphia Police Department reported that first responders found two men with gunshot wounds. One had multiple injuries, while the other was shot in the chest and leg. Thankfully, both are now in stable condition at a local hospital.
