TYSONS, Va. – George Mason’s Lucas Alberti celebrated a big moment by hitting his first collegiate home run, leading the Patriots to a thrilling 7-5 victory over Towson during the DMV Classic at Capital One Park.
This win marks the Patriots’ ninth consecutive victory, extending their impressive record to 11-4. During this winning streak, the team has outscored opponents by an astounding 122-38. It’s their longest winning stretch since 2009.
