Comedian Druski and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. are facing claims in a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs. This controversy comes as Diddy has been dealing with multiple accusations and is currently in police custody.
Both Druski and Beckham Jr. have strongly denied any ties to the alleged incident from 2018, which involved a shocking series of events, including claims of violence and even a stabbing. In a recent social media post, Druski dismissed the allegations as a “fabricated lie,” pointing out that he was struggling at that time and had no connections in the entertainment world.
The lawsuit, filed in California, names several defendants, including Diddy and others, in relation to an alleged assault on a woman named Ashley Parham. Last year, Parham claimed she was drugged and assaulted after Diddy allegedly overheard her discussing his potential involvement in the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. The lawsuit details a FaceTime call between Diddy and an associate, which supposedly preceded the incident.
In January, Diddy filed a $50 million defamation suit against various individuals, including the attorney representing Parham. This legal battle adds another layer to an already complex situation.
Druski, in his statement, expressed empathy for real victims of abuse while emphasizing his innocence. Beckham Jr. also showed support, asserting he relies on faith and remains confident in clearing his name.
Law enforcement previously investigated the claims against Diddy but deemed them unfounded, as stated by Contra Costa County Sheriff’s spokesman Jimmy Lee.
According to a statement from Diddy’s representatives, the new allegations are attempts to exploit the system for financial gain. They maintain that Diddy was not in the vicinity of the reported incident and that prior investigations have found no merit in Parham’s accusations.
The lawsuit paints a disturbing picture of the alleged events. Supposedly, after being invited into an apartment under false pretenses, Parham was attacked by Diddy and others. They claim Diddy threatened her over her remarks about Tupac.
After the assault, Parham fled, reportedly armed with a knife. She claimed to have encountered someone posing as a law enforcement officer, who was actually one of Diddy’s associates. Fortunately, she managed to escape and later reached an actual deputy sheriff, who she believes received a bribe related to her case.
Diddy, now 55, is also awaiting trial in New York, facing serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. His legal troubles continue as his lawyer has expressed the need to resign from the case.
